ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE, SO PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THESE ARE THE PARTS YOU WANT BEFORE ORDERING.

Please keep in mind I am not some huge corporation with hundreds of employees and millions in sales. MotorCity MachineWorks is a side hobby that I do 100% by myself, I keep very limited inventory on hand and can't afford to cover additional expenses if people decide they don't want the parts I sell.

Please do not order if you have any doubts whatsoever that these parts are what you want. It takes time for me ship stuff out and I ship for free so if you flake out that shouldn't be on my dime.

Conditions for returns:

• You must email jay@motorcitymachineworks.com to request an RMA within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Parts must be unused, in the original packaging.

• All parts must still be in the clear security wrap with the security sticker intact.

• If there is any damage to the parts at all the refund will be denied.

• You are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for packages being returned so please make sure the parcel is fully insured with adequate tracking.

• Refunds will be issued minus the 10% restocking fee within 3 business days of the returns arrival.

• These terms are subject to change.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
